My journey has been a combination of education, training, and real world experiences in diverse areas of the two corporations for which I have worked with the intent of becoming a global executive with the skills necessary to take on successively larger P&L responsibilities. I have been asked to take on the most difficult assignments with the goal of turning underperforming businesses into a winner. I have succeeded in doing so, in even the most difficult economic circumstances. Having had the opportunity to run business units and global functions with different needs and varying missions, I know that consistent principles, articulating a mutually beneficial vision, and expecting success are the critical success factors. I find it rewarding to lead people to have greater success than they thought possible.

Global ExperienceMy career has taken me all over the world. Here are some of my favorite sights from places I have conducted business.
Experiencing LifeOne of my first jobs was teaching English and coaching Basketball, Baseball, and Football. After leaving to work for Sherwin-Williams, the passion to coach was still alive. I have nine years experience in coaching. Seven of those as a volunteer at Harrison High School in Kennesaw, GA.

"I persuade. I lead with proof as the primary basis of thought. I believe that performance and results are cause and effect. I seek knowledge, and I have the ability to grasp the essence of the abstract. I see the intersection of concepts and motivations where ideas are the by-product. I share with others how to build something meaningful with the resources at hand." |
